Mimi Wins Crawfish Eating Contest at Mudbug Madness

The Mudbug Madness festival in Shreveport is one of my favorite events to attend each year. It involves a lot of crawfish eating, shopping and great music. I am still the reigning champ of the women's crawfish eating contest.

My winning time this year was not as quick as last year but it was still fast enough to win the contest. I received a beautiful trophy, a cooking pot in case I want to boil up more crawfish and a $50 check!

I have won first place three times in a row now. Each year I have won a boiling pot which means I have enough to have my own crawfish cooking set up at home, which I finally did just this past month.
