Mudbug Madness is Back Memorial Weekend in Shreveport

Get ready Ark-La-Tex the madness is back! Mudbug Madness in Shreveport, Louisiana Memorial weekend May 28-30.

This festival has been entertaining guests since 1984 in the downtown riverfront district with plenty of cajun delights, great food, brews, and live music featuring Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, and Jazz artists. There will also be a Crawfish Eating Contest and a Crawfish Calling Contest. In addition, there will be a 5K and cornhole tournament as well. Mudbug Madness has become one of the premier events of the South and is now nationally recognized as one of the Southeast Tourism Society’s Top 20 Events.
