Get to know Cattleman's, one of the oldest restaurants in Texarkana.
There is a Youtube channel called Our Texarkana and they feature some great places in Texarkana and Cattleman's is one of my favorites.

In the video, you get a chance to see behind the scenes of one of Texarkana's oldest restaurants. Joe Oliver goes into detail of how his father started to business in 1964 when Stateline was actually a dirt road.

Cattleman's Restaurant is famous for their Prime Rib. It is one of my favorites as well. Paired up with a twice baked potato and a house salad with their house dressing is my go-to meal when I am in the mood to splurge on a great meal.
