This kid (No, he's not a small adult) is a talented street performer named Gabriel Angelo. He used to tap dance and plays trumpet in the downtown San Francisco area. THis video was uploaded 3 years ago, and Gabriel has unfortunately changed his style quite a bit since the days when this video was uploaded. He has even been featured on the Ellen show.

This guy uses magic to tip street performers and it is quite moving.
