I like putting a smile on my listeners’ faces as they drive home, so I keep things upbeat, funny and informative, whether I’m telling you about different events in our community, introducing a great concert, or hosting a charity fundraiser. It’s gratifying being able to touch people with something I say on air or do at an event. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, movies, football and grilling out. I love just chilling out with my wife, kids or my three beautiful grandchildren who call me Papa G
With his thriving broadcasting career and multiple ventures in media Ryan Seacrest is at the forefront of entertainment media. While hosting and producing multiple television and radio programs, building his Ryan Seacrest Productions banner (RSP) into a viable entity creating content for all media platforms and a myriad of brand ventures, Seacrest is redefining what it means to be an entrepreneur and a quadruple threat in Hollywood. Seacrest was honored when he was nominated for an Emmy award in the “Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program” category for his work on “American Idol” in 2008 and 2009
I’ve been a broadcaster for more than 25 years with special emphasis on the creative production side. I like to produce commercials and music when I am not at work doing what I love to do. I like to let my inner musician free. I am proficient at playing guitar, drums and bass. Aside from being involved with music, I like to antique shop and restore my finds like old radios, recording equipment, cars and motorcycles. I also enjoy good times and making memories with family and friends
I love my job because I always have something to say, although sometimes, thankfully, I just don't say it. I have advice for just about every situation and I prefer to look at the bright side of everything. I also believe that community service is a great gift that should be given by everyone and especially anyone willing to give of their time. I'm a huge dog lover, German Shepherds specifically, but I love all animals. I have dogs, cats and horses
A lifelong resident of the Texarkana area, I got into radio as a teen because I love all types of music. My career has been very interesting. I began playing classical music at my first job, then I played oldies at 20, and now that I’m well into my 40s, I play pop and country. I have a lovely wife, two children and two dogs, one of which we rescued (you can guess which one). I am an avid golfer and a huge motor sports fan, as well as pro or college football
I am news, sports and weather director for Townsquare Media in Texarkana. I’ve been in the radio business since 1982 and enjoy relaying important information to our listeners, particularly weather alerts and sports information. A lifelong Texarkana resident, I am married and have two children, an 11-year-old boy and a 7-year-old little girl. I enjoy coaching my kids’ sports teams. If the kids don't have the television on Disney we are probably watching Duck Dynasty, baseball or football
