After a night out and a few too many drinks, the last thing you want to do is anything that involves getting out of bed. However, doctors have found that what you least want to do may actually be the best hangover cure: working out.

According to a Glamour Magazine article, a workout will help you sweat out the byproducts of drinking that cause you to feel yucky. Plus, the rush of endorphins after a workout will help get rid of that sluggish after-drinking feeling. Unfortunately, getting yourself from the bed to the gym after a night out with the girls is a lot harder than downing some aspirin, drinking lots of coffee and relying on a greasy breakfast to take the pain away.
