What Is Your ‘Go To’ Spot For Lunch?

On Wednesday I asked what your 'go-to' spot was for lunch?

I figure this would be the place you want to take your friends or coworkers or even impress someone from out of town.  Here are just some of the answers.

We had a pretty varied list of favorites and here are the top 5 according to our listeners.

5. TLC Burgers. In fifth place is one of Texarkana's go-to places for good homemade burgers. From the wonderful beans to the Red River Sand you can not go wrong with one of their juicy burgers.

4. Mother Kelly's. This down-home cooking place just recently moved to Stateline, but the food is the same. Good food and big portions make this place one of the favorites for our listeners.

2.The Lunch Box. With the always entertaining Granny and some of the best lunch plates you can find, this little place is a little off the beaten path but is well worth the drive. The Chicken Fried steak is awesome and the desserts are just the right size to top off your meal.

2. Firehouse Subs. With a huge selection of subs featuring the Hook & Ladder® Sub for example, with Virginia honey ham, smoked turkey breast, and melted Monterey Jack.

1. Fuji Kim's. Far and away our number one favorite lunch spot. Fuji Kim's is a great place for lunch and the sushi is always fresh. The Bento boxes are great too, and Andy and his family take great pride in a wonderful dining experience.
