Sushi. It is a word that gets some people excited, and some people make that eeew face. The ones that love it are very passionate about it and are always looking for that special combination of fish and rice to tickle their tastebuds.

My wife is the Sushi fanatic in my house. She has a specific kind that she likes and it is always a little spicy. She really got into Sushi on our trip to Okinawa Japan on our honeymoon. For her birthday I took her out for Sushi of course and as I was going over the Sushi menu I noticed a Texarkana Roll.

I am always open to trying something different and here is the description of the Texarkana roll from Fuji Kims Restaurant. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with Texarkana.

It is made up of the following ingredients.

Special Sauce

Of course the sushi rice and some Nori (seaweed).

When it arrived at the table I hoped it tasted as good as it looked.
