What Is “Bringing Home Santa Paws For Christmas”?

The Animal Care and Adoption Center in Texarkana has a new program you can get involved in called "Bringing Home Santa Paws for Christmas".

The Animal Care and Adoption Center has a slight problem to say the least they’re overcrowded they need you to adopt an animal or pet. Right now they have a really great program called "Bringing Home Santa Paws for Christmas" that is encouraging businesses and committee members to pay the spay and neuter fee for a shelter animal.

Shelter Director Kayla Tucker said:

Sometimes the adoption fee which covers spay and neuter surgeries is too much for a family to afford so close to Christmas. If they’re looking for a new cat or dog she said with these sponsorships adoption fees will be reduced to just $40 for dogs and $20 for cats. I don’t want the fees to keep people from adding a pet for their family and so this is a way to make it more fordable for the people who truly want a pet in their family for Christmas I want as many people in the community involved as possible as this is a community effort.
