Texarkana Celebrates Dog Park Openings On Both Sides Of The City

Texarkana Arkansas and Texarkakana Texas will celebrate the grand opening of their dog parks this Saturday.

Petsafe is officially dedicating both Texarkana park on Saturday. Bring your kids and the dogs to help dedicate the Kylee Sullivan dog Park in Texarkana Texas from 11 til 12pm.

Then the celebration fro the Jeffurson Park in Texarkana Arkansas is from 1 til 4pm. Activities at Jeffurson Park include a police K-9 demonstration, pet contests with prizes, goodie bags, dog obedience demonstartions, games and bounce houses for the kiddos.

You can also visit with Pet Safe, local animal rescue groups, and the Texarkana Animal Shelter.
