The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department along with other law enforcement agencies across the country will step up their seat belt enforcement from now until June 6.

The Arkansas State Police will be increasing their enforcement of the "Drive High Get A DWI' campaign next week.

We all seem to be in a hurry these days. Everyone seems to be running late to work, the school you name it we all seem to be running late. But there is one street in Texarkana that folks seem to treat it as their own personal racetrack.
