Texarkana Arkansas Police have identified a suspect they allege held up a store over the weekend.  30 year old Johnny Hall is an escapee from a Mississippi Corrections Facility.  He is described as a white male 6’ 3” tall around 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his neck and face.

It is unknown if the suspect is still in the Texarkana Area, but he was said to have been driving a black 2007 Honda Accord with a Mississippi license plates. He is believed to be accompanied by a white female using the name Jana Rhae, she is said to be around 5’6” and weighing 200 pounds.

Arkansas Side police are asking for your help in finding a missing local woman. 41 year old Janice Lynn Wise-Roberts has not been seen by her family since Sunday Evening. She is described as white female, around 5’5”, 135 pounds, with  dark hair and hazel eyes. Texarkana, Texas Police have identified the person killed in that one vehicle crash on Mall Drive near Summerhill Road.  Authorities say 31 year old David Dewayne Ray died after he lost control of his vehicle, it struck a curb before leaving the roadway and striking a tree. A passenger in the car was injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The investigation into the accident is continuing today.
