Live music is alive and well in Texarkana. If you are a country to acoustic duo fan you will find it all this weekend in Texarkana.

Crossties in downtown Texarkana has a special event on Friday night. Wyatt Putnam will be rocking the outdoor stage and they want you to be in his latest music video. You can play a little pool and enjoy the sounds of Alex and Liv at Broadway Sports Bar Friday night. Broadway Sports Bar and Billards is located at 203 East Broad Street in downtown Texarkana.

Whiskey River has some great live music planned for you this weekend. Friday night you can see "Clay Logan".

67 Landing has an awesome atmosphere and seafood and some great steaks too. Saturday night you can see the band "DC And The Mudcats".

Fat Jack's, has great food from their crawfish bread to the new Boudan eggrolls, you can find something to tame your appetite. Thursday night "Taryn Ashley and Chance Rains" will be on the outdoor stage.

Hopkin's Icehouse has a great historic atmosphere as well as some awesome food like the 'Hot Chick' pizza with Gorgonzola cream sauce topped with chicken, mozzarella, and drizzled with hot sauce. Saturday night you can check out the band 'The Laroux". Hopkins Icehouse is located downtown Texarkana at 3rd and Wood Streets.
