Is Texarkana One Of The Cheapest Cities In The Nation?

Is Texarkana one fo the cheapest places to live? A recent story on Yahoo finance says we actually make the list.

They used factors from the Council for Community and Economic Research's calculations. They had specific costs of living like housing, cost of utilities, groceries, health care, transportation, and even miscellaneous expenses, like going out to dinner or the movies.

All too many times we see Texarkana on a list of not too favorable things and this time we are on the list for being one of the 25 least expensive places to live in the United States. Here is the complete list.
