Blue Crawfish — Rare and Pretty

Have you ever seen a blue crawfish? Apparently they are pretty rare.

I was enjoying a late lunch at Hot Tails Crawfish yesterday when they brought this blue guy out for all of the customers to see. Danny Womack, the owner of the crawfish hut, said they usually only see about three blue crawfish a year. Even the antennas are blue!
