We've all done it, or at least most of us. I have probably locked my keys in my car a dozen times or more. I used to be so bad about it that I made a spare key and gave it to the police officer that always came to my rescue back in the day when they could help you open your door even if there wasn't an emergency. But, there are actually several interesting and easy ways to get into a locked car.

Ways to unlock your vehicle when you've locked your keys inside:

You can use a shoe string or even a hanger like most people know but add a blood pressure checker to it and protect the paint on your car. It can't be one of those wrist pressure checkers, it needs to be one with a bladder. Slip it in the door jam and pump away. If you locked your child or pet in the car, your thought process may not be clear enough to stop and think about finding an inflatable device so maybe just making a spare key ahead of time would be the easiest for you. I use an app for a car service on my phone to unlock my vehicle. Obviously, if there is a toddler or pet inside there is always the option to call the police.
