The Unemployment rate has dropped from 9% in October to just 8.6% in November. The Labor Department says that 120,000 jobs were added last month. However the news is tempered by the fact that the rate also dropped because some people simply gave up on finding a job, which means they are no longer counted in the unemployment numbers...
