Cops and Kids

The Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department is once again this year getting involved to bring Christmas joy to children in the city.

It’s time once again to extend some Christmas cheer. On Tuesday, December 8, 2015 the Shop with a Cop event will take place. During this event, a child will be given $100 to shop for Christmas gifts with a police officer at Walmart on Arkansas Boulevard.

Be on the lookout for sirens and police cars in Texarkana on Thursday. It is part of an annual event call 'Cops and Kids' where kids will get to have dinner at Pizza Inn with police officers. Cops and Kids will be on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 6 p.m. at Pizza Inn, 5200 N. Stateline in Texarkana, Arkansas.
