This little girl was dumped in a ditch on Kings Highway with her brothers a couple of months ago. Originally there were five puppies but now just this little girl and two of her brothers remain at the shelter. They are all GREAT with kids! This sweet girl puppy is very loving, likes to cuddle and at times can be a bit shy at times.

People surrender animals for all sorts of reasons. I recently got a call about a dog and cat getting into a fight so the dog has to go. Other calls I have received range from barking, clawing, won't stay in the fence, there is no fence, he looks at me funny... There are many excuses but this one really takes the cake.

Little Paws Rescue is holding an adoption event at Tractor Supply Company on State Line Avenue in Texarkana on Saturday, April 12 from 11am to 4pm. They will have many different dog breeds available for adoption with approved application. See photos of some of the dogs below.

There were originally five puppies but one is no longer with them so we are hoping to find the four remaining pups new homes. These puppies are GREAT with Kids!
