A new survey on Zippia.com shows a surprising number of us are napping at work. Well when we work from home.
In the survey, 2000 people were asked about their napping while working from home. Most of us were working from home during the pandemic and some of our office folks are continuing to work from home and while we want to admit we are being 100 percent productive, some of us are taking a little advantage of the relaxed atmosphere that working from home has afforded us.

In the survey, 33 percent of those surveyed have napped on the clock. 37 percent use the bed for their naps while 15 percent have napped at their desks. The thing that surprised me is that 1 in three nappers do not set an alarm. I am not a big napper, back in the days when I use to do the morning show naps were essential but there is no way I could not set an alarm. I would sleep for 3 or 4 hours without an alarm.

In the state of Texas 44 percent of those people surveyed napped while working from home. In Arkansas, it was considerably lower with just 22 percent of those surveyed that napped while working from home. Are you still working from home? If so are you taking a nap during the day?
