What Happens in Texarkana The First Day Temps Reach the 80s?
When the temperature suddenly soars from the 50s to the 80s, things take a huge turn in Texarkana. Immediately, yellow dust is sprinkled on our vehicles and the wasps start flying angrily as if they weren't ready to wake up yet. What other things happen in Texarkana when the temps reach the 80s?
My list in the order of what I hate the most is as follows:
Wasps and bumble bees come out.
Pollen and little tiny white flowers cover my vehicle.
It is suddenly unbearably hot (I prefer the 60s and 70s).
Stuff in your purse melts if you leave it in your car.
It's time to mow every week because the grass grows several inches a day it seems.
Suddenly, you go from wearing pants to shorts and somehow all of your friends look like they've been at the beach for a week.
