Marcus Jarmine Wallace, 40, of Ferris, Texas was arrested outside a shopping center in the Texas border town of McAllen. Thanks to investigative information, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Special Agents were able to coordinate with Texas Highway Patrol to locate Wallace and arrest him. Wallace, affiliated with the Crips gang, was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List on Jan. 18, which just happened to be the same day he was arrested.

Wanted since November 2020, Wallace had warrants from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated promotion of prostitution and online promotion of prostitution. He also had a warrant for a parole violation in February 2021. Wallace initially was convicted in 2006 for organized criminal activity and bail jumping/failure to appear. Back then he was sentenced to 15 years in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison. Wallace was also convicted in 2013 of evading arrest/detention with a previous conviction and sentenced to six months in prison. He was released on parole in May 2020. For more details about Marcus Jarmine Wallace, view his captured bulletin.

Wallace's arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, but rather through exhaustive police work, so no reward will be paid.

Bobby Joe Flores Jr., 34, of Duncanville, Texas was arrested by Los Angeles, California  Police officers at an apartment complex. Flores was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List on Sept. 28, 2021. He had been a wanted man since October of 2019 when the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office issued the first warrant for his arrest accused of continuous sexual abuse of a young child. Then the Duncanville Police Department issued another warrant in January 2020 for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Flores was also convicted of child molesting/intercourse involving a 1-year-old girl in Indiana back in 2008 and was sentenced to two years in the Indiana Department of Correction. In 2010, he was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in Indiana and sentenced to 18 months in prison. His previous sentence was then increased to six years. In 2014, Flores moved to Texas and was required to register as a sex offender in Duncanville where he lived. For more details, view his captured bulletin.
