The Texas Department of Public Safety has had some good luck and good police work in the last few months and has captured five of the ten most wanted in the state. However, there are five more fugitives at large that the DPS Troopers could use some help finding, maybe you have seen them?
Remember a couple of weeks ago when we featured this guy? He was the official DPS Featured Fugitive for the month of March 2022, James Bishop. We are happy to report that he is back in custody following his arrest on March 28 near Ashland, Ore. His reward was up to $8500 but in this case, no Crime Stoppers reward will be paid.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has increased the reward for a man on the Most Wanted list during the month of March, time is running out and they want this guy back in custody.
Two of Texas Department of Public Safety's 10 Most Wanted were captured in January of the new year, one of which was on the 10 Most Wanted sex offenders list.
One of Texas Department of Public Safety's 10 Most Wanted, who also had four felony warrants in Cass County has been captured by DPS Officers in Longview following a traffic stop in December.

Two of Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders are back in custody. Bryant Keith Martin Jr., of Amarillo, was found and arrested on August 16. Joseph Darwin Watson, of Hamilton, was found and captured on August 18.
This morning, Wednesday, May 26, if you are traveling on I-30 in the Texarkana area you can expect delays as the Department of Public Safety and the Texarkana Texas Police are investigating and working a single-vehicle fatality crash involving an 18 wheeler on westbound Interstate 30 near the Texas rest area.
