Here is a video of the world's smallest dog. Elwood is listed as 3.5 inches tall 6 inches long and weighs a whopping 14 ounces. He weighs the same a your average baseball glove. When it comes to dogs I like em big. My two dogs, a Rottweiler, and a Lab both weigh about 80 pounds.
