The pay for A Texarkana Arkansas Police certified officer is from $44,338-$59,585. There are yearly step increases during your first five years. Officers get 15 days paid vacation and it annually increases with tenure. Officers will receive 20 days of paid sick leave.

Officers will work 11-hour shifts with 4 and 5 day weekends. College education incentive pay is offered after the first year with a maximum of $1536 per year. Officers will receive Certificate pay and the maximum is $1440 per year. Longevity pay up to 25 years of service.
