What it is about Chick-fil-A that has people flocking (no pun intended) to their stores for food? Is it the great-tasting chicken sandwiches or the great customer service? I think it's a little bit of both if you ask me and now Chick-fil-A in Central Mall is stepping up to the plate with an all-new mobile serving trailer.

In a recent interview with the Texarkana Gazette, owner Sanel Thomas of the Central Mall location said,

"This will be a serve-only trailer."

That means that all the food will be cooked fresh in-house daily then taken out for delivery to places like Atlanta or other towns that don't have a Chick-fil-A. There will likely be a 30-40 miles radius for which they hope to provide service for its customers who may not be able to get to a Chick-fil-A for whatever reason.

Thomas has also been giving out forms to people who might like to see the Chick-Fil-A trailer show up at their business or community. There will also be a selected menu to choose from to begin with but that could change depending on the feedback they get from their customers.

So, if you have been noticing that big red Chick-fil-A trailer out in the parking lot at Central Mall, now you know why.

This is just one more step Chick-Fil-A restaurants pride themselves in when it comes to serving great food and always putting the customer first. I personally have to say I have never received bad service at a Chick-Fil-A here. The people have always been super friendly and the service has been fast, all the things that keep me coming back for more.
