Take A Tour Of The Hotel Grim

Anyone that lives in Texarkana knows about the Grim Hotel in the downtown area, but how much do you really know.

I found this video of a walkthrough of the hotel that goes into great detail of this landmark on the downtown skyline in Texarkana.

Follow along as you get to hear about design details and a little history of this famous Texarkana Hotel.

The hotel which was built in 1925 is slated to get a major facelift. The first floor of the 8 story hotel will be developed as a commercial space and the remaining 7 floors will be renovated into lofts and apartments. Certain areas of the hotel have been identified as significant historical and will be preserved.

Construction will begin in Spring of this year.
