It's Spring, which means rain, and we are all trying to stay safe on the roads as much as possible. But you might be doing something when you're driving in the rain that could get you pulled over and a ticket in Arkansas.

During the summer we all love to head to the lakes in Arkansas to cool off, but did you know that there is a lake in Arkansas that has been named the best lake to skinny dip in the state? And more importantly is it legal to skinny dip in Arkansas?

We have all seen it at one time or another when you see a car parked in your neighborhood and you think, "Hey wait a minute, can you actually really park your car like that?"

There are some changes in Arkansas law that you need to know to make you safer and one in particular may cost you a lot of money.

Texarkana is unique in that we live in a city that borders two states. When we cross State Line Avenue, the laws change. And if you are like most folks, you cross that line multiple times a day. Knowing the different laws for both states is a must. The Legislature in Texas and Arkansas recently passed laws that took effect on Jan. 1, 2016.
