It's family summer vacation time, and loads of people are packing up their vehicles to drive to their destinations. We all know that if you aren't wearing a seatbelt as a driver and a front seat passenger you can get a ticket, but what about the back seat?

It's Spring, which means rain, and we are all trying to stay safe on the roads as much as possible. But you might be doing something when you're driving in the rain that could get you pulled over and a ticket in Arkansas.

During the summer we all love to head to the lakes in Arkansas to cool off, but did you know that there is a lake in Arkansas that has been named the best lake to skinny dip in the state? And more importantly is it legal to skinny dip in Arkansas?

We have all seen it at one time or another when you see a car parked in your neighborhood and you think, "Hey wait a minute, can you actually really park your car like that?"

Did your mom teach you not to spit? Of course, she did because moms know best and it's rude to spit. But is it illegal to spit on someone? Could you land in jail?

However, there are a lot of driving laws you know about, and some you may not depending on what state you live in.

There are some changes in Arkansas law that you need to know to make you safer and one in particular may cost you a lot of money.

Texarkana is unique in that we live in a city that borders two states. When we cross State Line Avenue, the laws change. And if you are like most folks, you cross that line multiple times a day. Knowing the different laws for both states is a must. The Legislature in Texas and Arkansas recently passed laws that took effect on Jan. 1, 2016.
