Shakira Robbed During Concert [VIDEO]

 Shakira was robbed during a live show in Mexico. Watch the video of her walking through the crowd and someone pulls a diamond ring off of her finger. She looks a little confused but just keeps on going. Do you think the thief should be arrested? Or was he just trtying to get a souvenier?
