Today is National Yoga Day and to celebrate I wanted to let you know about a couple of things that people that are experienced or new to Yoga can check out in Texarkana.

Did you the Texarkana Parks and Recreation Department offers free Yoga classes every Wednesday? The Yoga classes will take place at the Southwest Center located at 3222 W. 7th Street will offer Yoga classes every Wednesday from 5:30 until 6:30 and are free of charge.

My mom goes to these classes and loves them. She is 80 and it is beneficial for her health she has met some wonderful people as well. Collen Narens is the instructor for these classes. This is what the Texarkana Parks and Recreation Department had to say about these Yog classes:
