Moonshine. Firewater, White lightning, Rotgut, whatever you call it it brings up visions of an illegal prohibition treat. I have always been intrigued by the history of moonshine, and trying real shine. It exists, but these days it's much easier to find from legit, above board manufactures. So watch these people try it for the very first time!

Most of the people that try the commercially available moonshine, have the same reaction that I did. It's full of sugar, and very tasty and sweet. I have tried most of the ones that are being sampled at one time or another. But the 180 proof stuff, is crazy. Anything above 100 -120 proof is not advisable to just have a shot of. Most people that really drink moonshine, treat it as liquor, and add it to various other fruity drinks.
