Holiday Fun With the Family

Thanksgiving was fun this year. My sister from Massachusetts was able to come in for a visit. We did a little holiday cooking and a lot of laughing. Okay, she did a lot of cooking and I did a little. She made this beautiful apple pie that didn't get cut into on Thanksgiving day! My cranberry sauce didn't make it out of the fridge either. Too funny.I made enough sweet potatoes with marshmallows to feed an army. Totted the dish from Dad's to my house to my husband's house back to my Dad's house then back to my house and it was never touched. It did, however, drip on my shirt before I left the house on Thanksgiving morning and spilled in my hubby's truck floor too.
