Here’s Where to Get Your Free Donut on National Donut Day

Today is National Donut Day (Friday, June 7)! Who doesn't love a donut? Especially a free donut.

We can thank the Salvation Army for starting National Donut Day. According to PRNewswire.com the special day started in1938 to honor a group of women known as the "Donut Lassies" who handed out donuts to soldiers on the front lines during WWI.
