Here Are 5 Things To Do This Weekend

December is here and this weekend looks to have a great selection of family-friendly things to do to get you in the holiday spirit.

1. With the Texarkana Christmas parade being canceled there are two options this weekend for you to check out, and both are just a short drive away.

2.A Big selection of live music in Texarkana. There are some great bands to check out. From the sounds of Liquid Vodoo to Blake Powell you can listen to some great local bands,

3. How about some Christmas lights? There are multiple places for you to see some great light displays in the area. Carmella's in Longview, The Wonderland of Lights in Marshall, and of course the original Santa Land in Tyler.

4.  The Open House and Arts Market is going on today and Saturday at the Texarkana Regional Arts Center.

5.  Santas Workshop. Kids can come to Crossites in downtown Texarkana and make their own ornaments as well as get their letter mailed to Santa.
