2 Chainz Threatened with Lawsuit by Woman Filmed Backstage

2 Chainz is facing the threat of a lawsuit for embarrassing a female fan backstage at his concert and later posting footage online of the incident.

In a YouTube video, titled "Is this yo THOT (That Hoe Over There)?" the rapper pokes fun at the woman, named Tina, for being backstage without permission. Apparently, the woman was escorted in under the assumption that she was another person named "Teena."

In the three-minute video, Tina is asked repeatedly who invited her backstage and she is even told that she is in "blog territory." Before security eventually asks her to leave, the woman gave her Instagram name and asked the cameraman if she looked "good."

Since the clip went viral, Tina has launched a new Instagram account and has threatened lawsuit over the posting of the clip without her permission.
