What Ever Happened To Plain Old Aerobics? – Fast Forward To Five [VIDEOS]

It's getting close to the end of the year, and some of you who are planning to start your New Years resolutions to lose weight on January 1st. Today were are fast forwarding to the new year with some videos of old work out tapes.

There is just something oddly mesmerizing about these retro work out videos. Who knows? Some of these could still be viable exercise regiments ...

Who remembers 'Sweatin to the Oldies'? It looks like they are working out on Sesame Street in this video.

Apparently in the 80's there was some sort of extreme aerobics dance competition. We're not exactly sure what this video is, but we love it. Now we know what Key and Peele were making fun of in that creepy sketch.
