‘Tour De Forest Bike Ride’ June 1

The Christus St. Michael Atlanta Foundation will host the 2nd "Atlanta Tour de Forest Bicycle Ride" on Saturday, June 1 at the Atlanta Fairgrounds in partnership with the Atlanta Forest Festival.

The ride will start and end at the Atlanta Fairgrounds, located at 606 S. Louise St, Atlanta, TX. Day-of-race registration opens at 7:30 a.m., and the ride will start at 9 a.m. Participants can register online at www.bikereg.com/tour-de-forest. The early registration fee is $30, and registration at the event is $35. All registration includes an event t-shirt and swag bag.
The ride includes the choice of four routes through the piney woods of Northeast Texas: 10 miles total for an out and back ride and 19-mile, 36-mile or 50-mile loops on paved roads. All routes offer rest stops and are supported by race volunteers.

Each Tour de Forest participant entry will receive a ticket to the Atlanta Forest Festival, also scheduled for Saturday, June 1, to enjoy a great mix of talent from the ArkLaTex region featured in the Oaklawn Opry Reunion Show backed by the Country Plus Band.
