In Honor of Cancer Awareness Month: Vote for Christus St. Michael Health Systems Video
October 10, 2011 This video was created for Christus St. Michael W. Temple Webber Cancer Center to enter in a national contest. The winning video will receive $10,000 for its breast cancer charity. The winner is determined by votes so you MUST VOTE! Check out the video below then cast your vote here.
This project was a labor of love to raise breast cancer awareness. In addition to CHRISTUS St. Michael Associates, we involved the Mayors of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Texas, the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure Texarkana, Arkansas High School, Texas High School, Liberty Eylau High School, Pleasant Grove High School, and most importantly, local breast cancer survivors.

Great Texarkana Duck Paddle is Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Spring Lake Park
September 29, 2011 Great Texarkana Duck Paddle benefiting Christus St. Michael is at Spring Lake Park this Saturday. The fun starts at 9AM with kids activities, music and food too. At 11AM thousands of ducks will race for the finish line and one of them could be yours! The grand prize is a 2012 Hyundai Sonata plus many other prizes.
The kids can play games and jump in the bounce houses. You can adopt your duck at the event and watch to see if your little yellow friend wins the race bringing you prizes!
