The Texarkana, Texas City Council meets today beginning at 6PM at City Hall. It will taking up a contentious water bill issue.

Council members are voting on a resolution to force the owners of Forest Point Apartments to pay what the city says are delinquent water and sewer bills. The owners say they have been grossly and unfairly over billed by the Texarkana Water Utilities.
