Breaking News: Shots Fired at Wadley Medical Center

Shots were fired on the second floor ICU of  Wadley Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.  No injuries have been reported yet, but the Texarkana Police Department are at the scene.

Police reported to KSLA News 12 that the incident had something to do with the US Marshal's Office involving a prisoner
