The Southwest Arkansas Counseling & Mental Health Center’s Therapeutic Foster Care program --providing love, nurture, and healing to children in need -- will take place at Hopkin's Icehouse Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.

The event will be held at Hot Tails Crawfish hut on Hwy 71 just north of Interstate 30 in Texarkana. There is a bake sale with super yummy treats, many silent auction items and awesome raffles.
