Following reports that Britney Spears' prospects for a headlining show in Las Vegas were looking unlikely, the singer now seems to be teasing some sort of impending announcement about a Sin City deal.

As talk of a big Britney Spears Las Vegas residency deal at Planet Hollywood continues, two Vegas show producers say they wouldn't necessarily put up the reported $100 million that's been tossed about as Brit's compensation...because she's far from a sure thing in terms of drawing power.

Though Britney Spears has been releasing iconic videos since 1999, only two of her memorable clips  "Till the World Ends" and "I Wanna Go" -- have racked up more than 100 million views, qualifying her to be a "VEVO Certified" Artist.  On Monday, Britney celebrated her VEVO certifications with a tweet thanking her fans for "the coolest award ever...

The second season of The X Factor on Fox began Wednesday night with the long-awaited debut of its two new judges, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. They joined the returning Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid. Before the episode aired, Madonna gave a shout-out to Britney on Facebook, writing, "Britney Spears - wishing you luck tonight on your X-Factor debut!! #GoodLuckBritney."

Looks like Britney Spears doesn't have much of a sense of humor as a reality show judge when her own songs are involved.

Britney Spears teared up at auditions for The X Factor in San Francisco over the weekend when she was forced to judge someone from her past, reports People magazine.
