The City of Texarkana, Arkansas Public Works Department in partnership with Waste Management, Richardson Waste and FCI Recycling offer recycling on the Second Saturday of each month from 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM. Please feel free to bring all your recyclables including: paper, plastic, electronics, televisions, computers, printers, etc. At this time, we are not accepting glass material of any kind so please do not mix this with your other items.

The drop off location is at the south east corner of 3rd Street and Hazel Street in the parking lot. This is a drop off location only.
