Red Dirt Country artist Bo Phillips will be at Hopkin's Icehouse down town for thier annual "Halloween Street Party".

Hopkin's Halloween party will feature a costume contest, and door prizes. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Randy Sams Shelter and the Texarkana Animal Shelter.
Bo Phillips calls Stillwater, Oklahoma home. Bo brings brings an eclectic variety of musical influences with him to the stage. From the first note of his shows until the last encore, you can be sure that you will leave with a smile.
Bo Phillips debut album, “Dirt Road”, features all original music, and three top 40 songs on the Texas Country charts. You will hear soulful ballads, toe-tapping favorites, and a couple of funny moments. His sophomore album, “Fishin’ with Grandpa” takes it to an entirely new level. His second album boasts “Red Dirt Girl” that topped the chart at number 1. His third studio album, “Nashville Checklist” finds its way into even more mature and thought-out lyrics and attention-grabbing melodies. With two of the songs already cracking the top 40, the cd is poised to take his music to a whole new level.

Born in Houston, Texas, Bo and his two brothers (Stephan Phillips and Stoney LaRue) were raised by their grandparents in southeastern Oklahoma. Upon graduation, Bo moved to Stillwater and received his degree in agricultural education from Oklahoma State University. He then began his career as a high school agriculture teacher. After teaching for six years, he decided it was time to pursue his lifelong dream… music.
