Annual Pirate’s Ball on Saturday, June 18

The third annual Pirate's Ball is Saturday, June 18, at 7PM and benefits the Texarkana Renaissance Faire at New Haven Golf Club's Platinum Bar & Grill.

The ball will be a fun-filled event and a great opportunity for you to dress up. All proceeds go to the improvement and expansion of the Texarkana Renaissance Faire.

Tickets are $10 at the door. There will be a cash bar and grill. This event is open to anyone who is 21 years of age or older. Of course wearing a costume is encouraged but it is optional. They will have live entertainment, silent auctions, merriment and mayhem. The ball will feature live music from Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Asher and The Pirates of Texarkana, The Seadog Slam, Daniella Noir the Gypsy Queen and more.

The fifth annual Texarkana Renaissance Faire will be held in September this year at the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana, Ark. There will be many booths of merchants, food vendors, games, activities, entertainment and this year alcohol will be available at the event. The era is 15th Century through 17th Century. Dress up or just show up.

All weapons must be sheathed and peace-tied. Vendor booths will be set up so be sure to bring your cash to make your purchases. Bring your cameras, too.
