What Small Arkansas Town Is Know As The Ugliest In The State?

When it comes to cities in Arkansas most of us have seen the good and the bad but all of the cities in the Natural state have some charm, right? Well, this story says that there is one cit in Arkansas that is truly 'ugly'.

I have written about this city once before in a post of the most dangerous cities in Arkansas and it, unfortunately, was in the number one spot in that story as well.

West Memphis Arkansas is the ugliest city in Arkansas.

Like many cities in the region, West Memphis has been in a slow decline for decades, causing it to incrementally fall into more and more disrepair. It's a sad sight, and, more importantly to this slideshow, it's an ugly sight. If you visit, get ready for terrible roads and plenty of run-down buildings!

West Memphis has a population of a little over 26,000 and is just across the river from Memphis Tennesse as you can see on the map.

We all have some unsightly areas in our towns but in West Memphis, they have the third-highest crime rate in the state and they are fifth in unemployment, I know that would make it ugly for sure.
