Texas & Arkansas Dine-in Ordered Closed by Governors

Thursday, March 19, 2020, Texas Governor Greg Abbot made an executive order that all Texas restaurants should close their dine-in facilities by midnight, Friday, March 20. So all the Texas-side restaurants listed below have shut down their dine-in option.

Pick-up, drive-through and delivery should remain available at most Texas locations as of Friday.

That executive order includes all dine-in restaurants, bars, gyms and schools in the State of Texas at least through April 3.

Late Thursday, Arkansas' Governor Asa Hutchison also held a press conference and did basically the same thing.

Benchmark Brasserie - Texarkana, TX: Take out and delivery available.

Big Jakes BBQ - Texarkana, TX/AR: All locations drive-through open.

Brewster's on the Blvd - Texarkana, TX: Brewsters on the Blvd is drive-thru only at this time.

Burger Joint - Texarkana, TX and New Boston, TX: The Burger Joint Stateline and in New Boston is take out only.

Burger King - Texarkana, AR/TX - Ashdown, AR - DeQueen, AR: All Burger Kings in Texarkana, Ashdown, and DeQueen are open for carry-out orders, drive-thru, & delivery. No dine-in.

Cattleman's Steak House - Texarkana, AR: Dining room closed, take home and delivery available.

Chappos Pizza & Pasta - Texarkana Texas. Drive-thru open.

Denny's - Texarkana, AR: Take out and delivery available.

Denny's - Mandeville, AR: Denny's in Mandeville is take-out only.

Downtowner Restaurant - Hooks, TX: Open Monday thru Friday 6 am to 8 pm. Take-out only now.

Dragon's Den Cafe - Genoa, AR: Open but limited to take-out orders only. They also have family-style meals available for pre-order. Visit their Facebook page for more info.

Dugout - Texarkana, AR: They have a drive-through and offer commercial delivery with a minimum order.

El Chico - Texarkana, AR: Open for carry-out, and delivery now.

Golden Chick - Texarkana, TX: All of our restaurants remain open and in service as best as we are allowed. Now limited to drive-thru service, carry-out or 3rd party delivery where available.

Gusano's Pizza - Texarkana, TX: Open for take-out or delivery pick up every day from 11 AM - 9 PM.

Holiday Inn Convention Center - Texarkana, AR: Open for breakfast and dinner take out only from the Connections Bar and Restaurant.

Hooter's - Texarkana, TX: Take-out and delivery are available.

Hopkin's Ice House - Texarkana, TX: Texas side has take-out of course. If you pay over the phone they will bring it out to your car.

I-HOP - Texarkana, AR: Now takeout only.

Ironwood Grill - Texarkana, TX: Open normal hours for pick-up or delivery only.

Jason's Deli - Texarkana, TX: Open for pick up at this time, they will also deliver in the immediate area, call for more details.

Jimmy John's - Texarkana, TX: Take-out or delivery is available.

Old Tyme Burger Shoppe - Texarkana, AR: Open for take-out orders, no dine-in. Open 7am-6pm, may close earlier depending on business.

Olive Garden - Texarkana, TX: Open for seating and take-out. Delivery if a catered event.

Outback Steakhouse - Texarkana, TX: Open for takeaway and delivery. They also have extended their delivery area to a 30-minute radius of our restaurant.

Papa Murphy's Pizza - Texarkana, TX - Still open to walk in, build your pizza and take it home, or you can call ahead. Delivery available as well.

Pop's Place - Texarkana, AR: Open 5-9, Wednesday through Saturday for take-out

Randy's Smokehouse - New Boston: The dining room is now closed. They have a drive-thru and you can always call a take out order in so it will be ready when you get there.

Red Bone Magic Brewing - Texarkana, TX: They are working on a drive-up take-out menu including their beer. Stay up to date with their Facebook page.

Shorty's Donuts and Diner - Texarkana, TX: Open regular hours for take-out.

Silver Star - Texarkana, TX: Open for take-out, they also are offer delivery of orders to your office if anyone wants them to. Call for more information.

Starbucks on State Line Ave - Texarkana, AR: Open 5 am - 6 pm M-F, open Saturday, closed Sunday.

TaMolly's - Texarkana, AR/TX: Take-out or delivery only now. They have a drive-through window at the Hwy 82 location.
