TopGolf Entertainment is Coming to Little Rock

Whether you like to play golf on a tough course or whack the ball at a putt putt windmill, everyone I know that has ever been to a TopGolf Entertainment Center loves it. Well, guess where they're putting one next, just 2 hours up the road in Little Rock, Arkansas.

If you have played at one then you already know, I have not, but I can't wait to find out. It's nice to see we have another one that will be close enough to make the drive.

As the Mayor explained in his Tweet, not only is Top Golf an immensely fun entertainment venue but it will bring with it about 300 full and part-time jobs as well.

As the letter states: Topgolf venues feature a chef-driven menu, top-shelf drinks, big screen TVs, flexible private event spaces, music in the outdoor hitting bays and much more.

"We are thrilled to be bringing Topgolf to the capital of Arkansas and planning to join this vibrant community," said Topgolf Chief Development Officer Chris Callaway. "As we look to expand the Topgolf experience in the state, Little Rock is the perfect place to do it."

The company already has a location in Rogers, Arkansas and says this new one will be located inside the city limits of Little Rock.

The first TopGolf location was in Waterford, UK, and opened in 2000, since then they have opened 60 locations all over the planet, and now it's Little Rock's turn.
