The Whistlestop Festival in Ashdown Is This Weekend

The Whistlestop Festival is in Ashdown Arkansas this weekend.

The festival takes place on Friday night, and all day Saturday. The festival is free for all and is sponsored by Ashdown Antique and Merchants Association.Here is a list of the events scheduled for the festival.

Friday, 6:30 p.m.

Miss Whistlestop Pageant at Ashdown High School Auditorium

Music Entertainment Downtown; bring lawn chairs

Saturday’s Activities:

Pancake Breakfast at FUMC 7 a.m.

Farmers Market opens 8 a.m.

Food/Arts and Craft, Antiques Vendors, Antique Shops open 9 a.m.

Band and Other Entertainment All Day

5K Run, Half Marathon. 1k Color Run.
