Texarkana's 35th annual Christmas Parade will be in Downtown on Monday, December 9th.

The parade theme this year is "A Twice as Nice Christmas."  and as you know from previous years this parade is huge. Front Street Plaza opens at 4 PM there will be live music and arts and crafts.  Admission is free and there will also be food and gift vendors this year as well.

The Christmas parade will follow the usual route starting at Front Street Plaza, then will continue on the usual route of Broad, Main, Texas Blvd, and ending at the Post office on Stateline. The parade will start at 7 PM sharp. Make sure you get your favorite spot to get the best view.

If you would like to participate there is a $20 entry fee that of course is tax-deductible and helps with the cost of this annual event. Entry forms can be found here. The deadline to enter is November 29. For more information or to sign up, please call 903-792-7191 or, Email: mainstreet@texarkana.org.

The annual tree lighting will follow the parade. There will be Horse-drawn buggy rides that will continue through the season
